Join Wings of Growth & Business in a Box in launching a powerful 12-week cohort to help justice-impacted individuals start their own businesses and rebuild their lives.
What is the Second Chance Success Cohort?
The Second Chance Success Cohort is a 12-week business launch program for justice-impacted individuals across Culpeper County and surrounding areas.
Participants will receive full access to the Business in a Box curriculum, weekly coaching, and support from a powerful community of mentors and partners.
What Participants Receive
Every participant receives the FULL Business in a Box program, valued at $3,500 — completely free, thanks to our community sponsors.
A step-by-step business launch curriculum
Weekly group coaching sessions & accountability check-ins
Fillable workbooks, templates, and essential startup tools
Module on Legal Entity and LLC guidance
Training in marketing, sales, outreach, and lead generation
Access to a robust CRM to manage and grow customer relationships
Access to a supportive business community & network
Graduates receive a mini branding guide that includes a logo and a mini website
Certificate of Completion + recognition at a graduation celebration
Graduates will transition into year-long training through the BIB Membership program, focused on helping them grow and scale their businesses
